Open Farm Day at Moore Honey Farm

Come spend the day with us at Moore Honey Farm and get a behind-the-scenes look at how honey is made, how bees are cared for, and what life is like on a working bee farm.  Whether you’re a family looking for a fun day outside, a honey lover, or someone curious about beekeeping, Open Farm Day is a chance to experience the farm up close.

What to Expect

During your visit, you’ll be able to:

• See live honey bee colonies from a safe viewing area

• Learn how beekeepers care for bees throughout the year

• Watch honey extracting and bottling

• Taste local honey

• Shop farm products

• Ask questions about bees, honey, and beekeeping

Admission: Registration required. All paid registrations include a free honey bear.

Good to Know

Please wear comfortable, close-toed shoes and dress for the weather. Since this is a working farm, some areas may be uneven or muddy depending on recent rain.

For everyone’s safety, we ask guests to follow posted signs and stay within designated visitor areas.
