This is honey the way bees made it — straight from our hives in Southeast Texas.

Our real Texas honey is never ultra-processed or heavily filtered. We extract and bottle it with as little processing as possible. To allow bottling while it’s still pourable, we use minimal, gentle heat — just enough to move it from the tank to the jar. That’s it.

We do not pasteurize, overheat, or strip out the good stuff.

Because this is real, unadulterated honey, it will still naturally crystallize over time. That’s one of the best signs your honey is the real deal. When it thickens or turns creamy, it becomes a smooth, rich spread that’s perfect on toast, biscuits, oatmeal, or straight off the spoon.
